About Me

My passion is to help others reach their potential!

 

 I help the individual getting closer to pursue his or her dream or the company to reach a goal. 

I am an  ICF trained coach and I hold a BSc in Psychology and a MSc in Organisational Psychology.

My special focus is on motivation, decision making and leadership.

I have a background in the event business, organising team events, and I also have worked in a big international NGO as support to the Director and the board. I have lived in different countries and I speak English, Spanish and Swedish fluently. My life experience helps me work well with people from all walks of life.

Besides coaching and consulting I also act as a sounding board for Entrepreneurs, Start ups and Executives.

I am based in Central London.  I work online via zoom, Skype and Whatsapp in addition to face to face meetings.

What are the fees?

Private clients:

I offer bespoke fee schemes as everyone´s needs are different. Most popular is a package of 4 sessions.

During agreed coaching period (usually 4-6 weeks) support via e-mail and texts are included. 

Due to Covid I offer 50% off for vulnerable and NHS staff.

Please get in touch for a quote. Limited availability. 

Business clients:

£250 per session is the normal rate. Executive Coaching or consulting is priced differently depending on the needs of the organisation.  Please get in touch and we can discuss what tailor made solutions I can offer your company.

How many sessions do I need?

Usually 3 sessions or more is to recommend as it is usually what it takes to make a client feel empowered enough to make his or her own choices and walk the direction he or she wants to walk.

How does the coaching work?

I help the client to become aware of possible choices and directions he or she can take. I listen between the lines and I give suggestions if the client so wishes. 

My coaching is structured to help the individual make a positive change in a short period of time, if he or she wishes to do so. I work with goal setting and resilience amongst other things. 


The client usually talks and I ask questions to make him or her think in new ways. I make sense of what he or she is saying and I help organise and prioritise the thoughts for him or her. I make notes and I summarise "next step, "the goal set" or "action to do" after each session and I send it to the the client after each session if the client so wishes. This is shown to help a great deal, especially when the topics are

"lose weight"

"making the right decision"

The client is never really alone in her or his lifestyle change as she or he can text, or e-mail, me for quick advice during this time and I answer as quick as I can, usually within 12 hours.*

In short: I help the individual perform better, and to achieve his or her personal best.

*This applies to clients who have signed up for 3 sessions or more.
