What can you do to reduce anxiety?
Number 1: Accept that you are feeling anxious and know it is ok.
Number 2: Sit down, have a cup of tea and think about what there is in this situation that you can control.
Number 3: Write down an action plan. What steps you can take?
Number 4: Carry out the actions in your plan.
Number 5: Think about what makes you smile. Do what makes you smile.
Number 6: Plan for the future. When you are through these tough times, what do want to do then?
